We have also provided advice on the project financing of some of the main hospitals in Lombardy and on one of the most important public-private partnership projects for the urban and environmental regeneration of major residential areas.

The Firm assists its clients in all phases of the transaction: from the drafting of the private initiative proposal (including the concession agreement, risk matrix, performance specifications, support in preparing the financial and economic plan (PEF), etc.) or the public notice, to assistance during the evaluation of proposals, the subsequent tender procedure, the possible exercise of pre-emption rights, the signing of the concession and the execution phase.
