Admitted to the Italian Bar following his graduation in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano, Alberto worked at a leading Milan-based boutique law firm specializing in Administrative Law.
He has gained extensive experience in advisory and litigation matters concerning public procurement, with particular focus on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
He advises on tender procedures and public contracts, assisting national and international economic operators with public works, services and supply contracts and concessions, as well as with public-private partnerships.
He collaborates with the International Law Department at Università degli Studi di Milano and is the author of publications in leading peer-reviewed law journals on Navigation and Transport Law.
In addition, he devotes specific attention to the impact of new technologies on International and Economic Law, as evidenced by his co-authorship of a publication on the subject for a leading Italian publisher.
